LoungeMouse Privacy Policy

LoungeMouse helps travelers find airport lounges, check in, and connect with friends. This policy explains the information LoungeMouse collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

When you use LoungeMouse, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and Sign in with Apple identifier. We may collect app activity such as lounge check-ins, ratings, leaderboard activity, friend connections, and notification preferences.

If you grant permission, we may use your device location to show nearby airports and lounges. If you grant contacts permission, phone numbers from your contacts are hashed on your device and used only to help find friends who are already using LoungeMouse.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app features, personalize your experience, show nearby lounge information, support friend discovery, operate leaderboards, send notifications you enable, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including authentication, database, storage, hosting, notifications, and app platform services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your Choices

You can control location, contacts, photos, and notification permissions in your device settings. You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
